Ready for some serious deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico? Are you an offshore fishing enthusiast who loves getting those “signature photos” of yourself proudly displaying a huge fish? Want to spend some quality time with friends or family?
If you’re looking for an exciting fishing adventure reeling in a variety of fish off the coast of Southwest Florida, Naples deep sea fishing charters have everything you need to catch “The Big One”. Whether it’s Red Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, or other deep-water fish, the captains aboard Naples fishing vessels have years of experience and know all of the sweet spots to ensure your fishing trip is filled with plenty of catching.
No problem!
We run a full service operation which means that our charter boats are fully equipped with licenses, rods, reels, hooks, line, and bait…everything that you’ll need. Once we get out to our destination our captains will set you up and do a little rod and reel demonstration. We will do as much or as little as you want us to do. That’s what we’re here for. So if you’ve got a fish on, yell “FISH ON!”. If you need bait, yell “BAIT!” We’ll bait the hooks and remove the fish for you, too.
Once the boat returns to Tin City for the day, our staff will clean, ice, and bag your catches so you can enjoy the fresh flavors of the gulf at home. Don’t want to cook? No worries. Our neighbors at Riverwalk Restaurant and Pincher’s Crab Shack are more than happy to prepare your catch with a couple of sides for a small fee.
From our dock at the Tin City Shops, our captains will take you south along the Gordon River, through Naples Bay, past Halderman Creek, and then through Gordon Pass. From there we travel out to various parts of the Gulf of Mexico up to 20 miles offshore on our party boat and up to 60 miles on our private charter! Both of these boats have fish finding equipment to locate the fish so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to snag Grouper, Snapper, Kings, Sharks and more. The most economical way to go deep sea fishing is on our party boat (also known as a “head” boat), the M/V Sea Flight . This 45 foot foiling catamaran is open to the public and you’ll be sharing it with 18 other anglers as eager as you are to make the catch! M/V Sea Flight heads out with a two man crew of Captain and Mate ready to help you catch the “Big One!” Fishing grounds take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1:15 to arrive. But the M/V Sea Flight is one of the fastest fishing boats in Naples so you can get to the fishing grounds faster and spend less time traveling, more time fishing.
Can I bring my own fishing equipment?
Our fishing gear is top of the line. We recommend you use our rods, reels, fishing line, bait, and hooks. But we also realize that some pro anglers like using their own. In that case, have at it, mate!
Do you have any anti-nausea medication in case I start feeling sick?
For liability reasons, we cannot offer you medication. We recommend that you see a pharmacist before embarking on our cruise if you think there’s a potential for sea sickness.
What if I want to rent a private charter but have more than 6 people in my party?
Not a problem. You can book the M/V Sea Flight. She’s a 45 foot vessel with a capacity of up to 26 keen fishermen or family members.
Since we will be outdoors, can I smoke?
Yes, you can smoke if you book a private charter aboard M/V SEA FLIGHT I, II or III. Smoking is prohibited on public charters in consideration of others aboard the fishing trip.
How many fish can I expect to catch?
It really depends on the water temperature. When water temperatures are high, fishing is good. When we have mild winters, fishing is great! When water temps get a little colder, fish slow down a bit. Typically EVERYONE goes home with some fish.

Taking bananas on a fishing boat is bad luck.
Seriously? Should we even bother refuting this old wives tale?
You can keep whatever you catch
The waters around Tin City and the Gulf of Mexico are our livelihood so we care very much about the environment. Therefore we strongly abide by the size and quantity regulations set forth by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). If fish are too small, we always throw them back so they can fight another day. Our captains are well aware of these regulations so you don’t have to know the law. In addition, we encourage you to only take from the sea what you intend to eat.
Taking home a lot of fish = Successful trip
Of course everyone would like to take home a bountiful catch. But we’ve learned that taking home a lot of fish doesn’t necessarily equate to a successful trip. At the end of the day, we’ve learned that our guests want something pulling on their line. It’s the excitement that you’ll get from “the tug” and reeling in the fish is what will keep you coming back!
” My family and I went out on the M/V Sea Flight with Captain Jason and Captain Chad last week. They were absolutely fantastic and really made our experience a memorable one. Every single one of us were catching fish…we even hooked a shark! We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back in the future.”
